craftttscentur provides bespoke furniture design and manufacturing services in the United States. We create custom furniture pieces tailored to individual client specifications, including design consultation, material selection, and production services. All services are provided subject to these Terms of Use and applicable United States federal and state laws.
Important Notice: Custom furniture pieces are made-to-order based on your specifications. All measurements, materials, and finishes are subject to your approval before production begins. Prices are estimates based on standard configurations and may vary based on customizations, material selections, and current market prices.
Order Process and Customization
All furniture orders are custom-made to your specifications. The ordering process includes:
- Initial consultation to discuss your requirements and preferences
- Design proposal with detailed specifications and pricing
- Client approval of final design and materials
- Production timeline and delivery schedule
Once an order is confirmed and production begins, modifications may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed in writing. Custom furniture pricing is based on materials, dimensions, finishes, complexity of design, and current market conditions. Final pricing will be provided in a written order agreement before production begins.
Payment terms will be specified in your individual order agreement. Typically, orders require a deposit (usually 50% of the total price) upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery or installation. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified in your order agreement. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
State Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to all orders as required by applicable state and local tax laws. Tax rates are based on your delivery address and will be calculated at the time of final payment.
Production and Delivery
Production timelines vary based on project complexity and current workload. Estimated delivery dates will be provided upon order confirmation. We will notify you of any delays and work to minimize impact on your schedule. Delivery and installation services may be available for an additional fee.
Warranty and Quality
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our furniture comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects for a specified period. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications made after delivery. Please review your specific warranty terms in your order agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of craftttscentur and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Custom designs created for clients remain the property of craftttscentur, though clients have rights to use their commissioned pieces.
User Conduct
When using our website or services, you agree to:

- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Not interfere with website functionality or security
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable United States federal and state law, craftttscentur, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our website or services, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services, regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific furniture piece giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, our services, or the relationship between you and craftttscentur shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties.
Binding Arbitration: If negotiation fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures, except as otherwise specified in this section. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York County, New York, United States.
Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Governing Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or directly to affected clients. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
